Lack of motivation
You may recall one of my previous posts about struggling with my work situation, I am still on the job hunt - and I'm finding it pretty hard to get any sort of motivation to do my day job.
Days go by, more and more people are leaving - which has this mental domino effect of you wanting to leave too, but getting nowhere. I've had about 8 jobs come back to me, all of them to reject me at the first hurdle. Is my CV up to scratch? Is it my experience? Are they being picky? Are they over-subscribed? I never know the answer, because most of the companies I have applied for use this blanket statement of not being able to give feedback on the hiring process.
I feel as if I ramble on about this topic a lot, but It's something very present in my life right now - and will be until I make a change, which I am actively trying to do. Just hitting brick wall after brick wall, it really gets you down.
